Conditions of Sale

By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions of sale. All products are subject to availability, and prices are indicated in euros, inclusive of applicable taxes for EU customers. Shipping costs and any customs duties (for international orders) are calculated and displayed at checkout. Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and you receive a confirmation email from us.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected, or if the product is no longer available. All items remain the property of Clara in Paris until full payment has been received. Once your order has shipped, risk of loss or damage passes to the customer.

In accordance with European Union consumer protection laws, customers residing within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without providing any reason.

To exercise this right, customers may use the withdrawal request form available on our website or contact us at clarainparisstudio@gmail.com. The request must include the customer's full name and order number. A confirmation of receipt will be sent by email without undue delay.
